About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented PMS professional to join our team. As a PMS Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing various aspects of PMS data, understanding client requirements, and providing input to our development team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze PMS data and prepare documents as needed.
  2. Document client requirements and identify gaps between user needs and Jibe features.
  3. Test and validate functional aspects of modules developed by our team.
  4. Develop and deliver training programs for internal and external users on PMS and related modules.
  5. Create software-related documents, such as feature documents, help documents, and FAQs.
  6. Conduct ship visits to implement Jibe, address issues, and provide training.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 3rd/4th engineer or equivalent with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Shore experience in a shipping management company as a PMS coordinator/controller with an educational background in naval architecture and marine engineering.
  • Strong organizational skills covering project management and cost analysis.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Excellent typing and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and meticulous with an eye for detail.
  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
