Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounting Manager to lead our financial operations and drive accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, preparing and reviewing financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
  • Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings, conducting variance analysis, profitability analysis, and financial forecasting.
  • Oversee budgeting, cost control, and expense management, implementing strategies for manufacturing and supply chain optimization.
  • Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and handle all related compliances.
  • Manage internal, statutory, and tax audits, strengthening internal controls and implementing risk management processes.
  • Oversee vendor payments, client receivables, credit control, and reconciliations, maintaining healthy cash flow.
  • Lead and mentor the accounts team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in operations, implement process improvements and automation.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost Accountant (ICWA) / MBA Finance preferred.
  • Minimum 7–12 years of accounting & finance experience, preferably in manufacturing/export industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESI compliance.
  • Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Tally/Oracle) and MS Excel (Advanced functions).
  • Familiarity with export-import documentation and international transactions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
