About the Role:
  • This position involves developing and driving end-to-end QA strategy, incorporating test automation and exploratory testing.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure seamless integration and efficient communication.
  • Implement shift-left and shift-right testing best practices to improve overall quality and reliability.
  • Enhance CI/CD pipelines for fast and accurate feedback.
  • Coach teams on quality, testability, and resilience principles to promote professional growth.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in software testing; 3+ years in automation with JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Strong experience in API testing, BDD/TDD, and working with distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Git, Jira, and CI tools like Jenkins/GitHub Actions.
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills are essential for success.
Preferrable Qualifications:
  • Experience in performance, security, or accessibility testing can be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or AI/ML testing can enhance your application.
