Our organization is looking for a skilled Client Services Representative to provide top-notch support to internal and external clients. This role involves providing complex client service and support on a daily basis, including phone interaction, problem resolution, transaction processing, STP, manual reconciliations, and accounting services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform high-level operational tasks in a product or functional area
  • Conduct independent analysis and policy interpretation
  • Manage the manual processing of updates to client accounts or company records
  • Take charge of reconciliations, including cash breaks, position differences, and gathering and compiling data
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
  • Maintain correspondent accounts in accordance with applicable regulations and policies, ensuring regulatory compliance and minimizing exposure related to assigned processing tasks
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve problems in client accounts or company records
  • Work closely with technology and systems teams to ensure the system is efficient and incorporates any necessary risk mitigations
  • Offer product knowledge and technical assistance, determining when more complex problems should be referred to a supervisor or senior professional
