Drive Supply Chain Excellence

Are you passionate about optimizing inventory levels, ensuring timely delivery of finished goods, and maximizing operational efficiency to meet customer demands?

The role of Supply Chain Planner involves creating accurate demand forecasts based on data from all sales channels and driving forecast accuracy within the organization by coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Demand Planning: Develop and implement a demand planning strategy that takes into account historical data, market trends, and seasonal fluctuations.
  • Supply Planning & New Product Development: Lead production planning for existing and new products, ensure timely product launches, and optimize the supply chain network to minimize risks.
  • Inventory and Service Management: Develop an inventory management strategy across various locations, optimize inventory while maintaining service levels, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory and service norms are met.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: 1-4 years of experience in demand and supply planning or capacity management.
  • Technical skills: Familiarity with WMS/ERP/SAP-MM systems and analytical tools like SAP, MIS, Excel, and dashboards.
  • Soft skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Education requirements include an engineering degree, with a master's preferred, and experience working in a plant environment, with Lean/Six Sigma certification being an added advantage.
