Job Title: Enterprise Solutions Specialist

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- MBA or equivalent Master's degree in Business, Finance, HR, or Technology.
- 10–15 years of experience in program management, business operations, or enterprise solution ownership.
- Proven expertise in HR, Finance, or Clinical/Healthcare operations.
- Strong working knowledge of enterprise platforms (e.g., Workday, UKG, Zoho, SAP, Oracle, BI tools).
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills for reporting, analytics, and presentations.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience working in global, matrix organizations preferred.
