Job Title: Cloud Monitoring Solutions Architect

This is a long-term contract position as a Senior Observability Engineer.

We are seeking a candidate with expertise in AWS, Synthetic Monitoring, and Dynatrace to work on building scalable observability platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient synthetic monitoring platforms across hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
  • Lead the adoption of Dynatrace APM with standardized instrumentation and deployment models.
  • Develop strategies for cloud, hybrid, and edge telemetry sources with a focus on synthetic monitoring.
  • Integrate observability tooling to deliver unified insights.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and develop custom synthetic monitoring solutions where needed.
  • Contribute to open-source or internal observability tooling/standards for synthetic monitoring.
  • Drive documentation, training, and cross-team knowledge sharing to strengthen monitoring practices.
  • Collaborate with application teams to embed synthetic monitoring into new service architectures.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace and Synthetic Monitoring.
  • Strong expertise in AWS (EC2, EKS, Lambda).
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing observability solutions across cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Familiarity with other monitoring/observability tools is a plus.
