Job Title: Senior PHE Design SpecialistAre you a skilled professional in designing and modeling Plumbing, Heating, and Electrical (PHE) systems? Do you have experience in creating detailed layouts, schematics, and BOQs?We are seeking a highly qualified Senior PHE Design Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Construction & Site Engineering department, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of PHE systems for various projects.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with 8-10 years of experience in PHE design. You should possess excellent technical skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navis Works, Aecosim, and MicroStation.Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop PHE systems, including plumbing layouts, storm water designs, and drainage layouts.
  • Prepare detailed schematics and statutory approval drawings.
  • Conduct material take-offs from PHE layouts.
  • Provide basic inputs for design calculations.
  • Coordinate with other MEP and structural services teams.
  • Work effectively within tight deadlines to deliver high-quality results.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in PHE design.
  • Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in relevant software.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
