Technical Publications Specialist

Expertise in Aircraft Documentation is required to create, revise, and maintain Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMMs) that adhere to Airbus standards and aviation regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Author and revise AMM tasks for various aircraft programs, including the A320, A330, A350, and A380.
  • Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documents to develop accurate maintenance procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ATA iSpec2200, S1000D, and ASD-STE100.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and quality, to guarantee technical accuracy.
  • Conduct peer reviews and provide guidance to junior authors and illustrators.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in AMM authoring for aircraft.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant ATA chapters related to airframe and systems.
  • Familiarity with Airbus documentation standards and tools.
  • Excellent written communication and technical writing skills.
  • Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
