Technical Lead Position Overview

Our organization seeks a skilled technical lead to oversee the development of software projects and mentor a team of .NET developers.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering software projects on time and within budget.
  • They will also design scalable and efficient software solutions, conduct regular code reviews, and work closely with product managers, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in software development, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in .NET technologies, such as ASP.NET, Web Forms, MVC, C#, SQL Server, and .NET Core.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
  • Experience with database design and development, including SQL Server.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
  • Proficiency in version control systems like Git.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
