Key Accountabilities:
- Provide first-level support to customers, resolving basic technical issues and guiding users through simple troubleshooting steps.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Assist users with basic issues such as password resets, account access, and software navigation.
- Provide basic troubleshooting steps for common problems with hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Document and log customer interactions, including issues and resolutions.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of operating systems, software applications, and common troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information in a simple and clear manner.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on patience and problem-solving.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple support requests efficiently.
- Previous experience in a customer service or helpdesk role is a plus.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic computer certifications or familiarity with IT concepts is a plus.
