About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Blockchain Developer to join our team at ISHA TECHNOLOGY SOLUTION PVT LTD. As a Blockchain Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting a distributed blockchain-based network. Your primary focus will be on analyzing requirements, designing blockchain technology around a specific business model, and building and launching a blockchain network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, design, develop, and test blockchain technologies to ensure seamless integration and business logic.
  • Brainstorm and evaluate applications for new tools and technologies to stay ahead in the evolving landscape.
  • Maintain and extend current client- and server-side applications responsible for integration and business logic.
  • Stay involved in the global blockchain community and work on implementing and integrating the latest improvement proposals.
  • Document new solutions and maintain existing ones to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency.

Requirements:

  • Strong software development background with experience working with large codebases.
  • Experience working with open-source projects and proficiency in languages such as GoLang, Java, JavaScript.
  • Strong knowledge of common algorithms and data structures, familiarity with basic cryptography, and understanding of P2P networks.
  • Strong knowledge of concurrency and writing efficient and safe multithreaded code.
  • Proficiency in the Qt Widgets module.

What We Offer:

Competitive salary up to 8 LPA (dependent on experience) and a minimum of 1 year of experience.
