Job Title: Blockchain Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Blockchain Developer to join our team at ISHA TECHNOLOGY SOLUTION PVT LTD. As a key member of our technology department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting a distributed blockchain-based network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop Blockchain Solutions: Analyze requirements, design blockchain technology around a certain business model, and build and launch a blockchain network.
  • Research and Development: Research, design, develop, and test blockchain technologies.
  • Integration and Maintenance: Maintain and extend current client- and server-side applications responsible for integration and business logic.
  • Community Involvement: Be involved in the global blockchain community and work on implementing and integrating the latest improvement proposals.
  • Documentation: Document new solutions as well as maintain the existing ones.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in the following languages: GoLang, Java, JavaScript
  • Software Development Background: Strong software development background.
  • Experience: Experience working with large codebases, open-source projects, and P2P networks.
  • Cryptography Knowledge: Familiarity with basic cryptography and strong knowledge of common algorithms and data structures.
  • Concurrency Knowledge: Strong knowledge of concurrency and writing efficient and safe multithreaded code.

What We Offer:

Competitive salary up to 8 LPA (depending on experience) and a minimum of 1 year of experience required.
