Job Title

A seasoned Microsoft Dynamics CRM professional is sought to spearhead the implementation and customization of CRM solutions to enhance business operations and improve customer engagement.

About The Role
  • Analyzing business requirements and designing innovative solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Developing and customizing CRM applications and modules to meet client needs.
  • Implementing and configuring CRM solutions to optimize business processes.
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting for CRM applications.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conducting user training and preparing comprehensive documentation on CRM solutions.
Required Skills
  • 6-10 years of experience in implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM modules such as Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Proficiency in C# and JavaScript for custom development.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Portal).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
