The role involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders using standardized tools and clinical assessments.
  • Administer appropriate standardized tests and evaluation tools.
  • Prepare detailed assessment reports for each child.
  • Design individualized intervention plans and monthly goal plans.
  • Regularly revise goals based on each child's progress.

Comprehensive documentation is maintained, including session notes, attendance sheets, and other required records. Effective working relationships with team members are built.

To be successful, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology is required. 2-3 years of experience is preferred but strong clinical training is also valued.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. A child-centric, empathetic approach to therapy is necessary.
