Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our in-store team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about pets and have excellent communication skills.

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner, providing exceptional customer service experience.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend products and services accordingly.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and inventory levels.
  • Coordinate pet spa appointments and services, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Process sales through the POS system and handle cash/card transactions efficiently.
  • Assist in stock management and perform opening/closing duties as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Prior retail or customer service experience is highly preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of pet products and a passion for animals is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
  • Responsible, punctual, and a team player with basic computer knowledge is desired.
