Job Description:

  • Lead the veterinary practice for the healthcare center or specialization
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of Associate vets, paravets, and handlers
  • Develop strategic partnerships, associations, and network to solve for healthcare management for Pets
  • Mentor and career development for veterinary professionals
  • Bring international standards in pet handling care and cure to India
  • Play a crucial role in efficient execution of physical outlets
  • Solve for primary preventive predictive planned healthcare in India
  • Manage operational levels – quality and serviceability of outlets

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong people management and inter-personal skills
  • Vendor management and supplier/brand associations
  • Pricing, catalogue management, offering, customizations
  • Training and development
  • Leading and developing teams
  • Quality Audit Review

Experience Requirements:

  • 4+ years' experience in Veterinary practice
  • 3+ years' experience in surgery and regular practice on ABC and planned procedures like Dental
  • Association with NGOs, Welfare centers, Rescue centers work in Animal Welfare
  • Experience in small animal practice 3+years
  • Pet Parenting experience
