Job Title: Account Document Specialist

Interactive Brokers is seeking a highly skilled Account Document Specialist to join our team. As an Account Document Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of client documents, while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Validate and screen documents received from clients to ensure they meet regulatory requirements.
  • Follow up with clients to obtain any missing or incomplete documents.
  • Review regulatory checks, such as OFAC and World Checks, to ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate with Compliance to obtain approval for client documents and accounts.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or Post Graduate degree.
  • Two-plus years of experience in account opening and Global KYC documentation.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of foreign languages is preferred.
