Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead our end-to-end project execution, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project scope definition, goal setting, and deliverable creation in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless project execution.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Ensure SAP solutions meet business process requirements and quality standards.
  • Provide post-implementation support and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee SAP incident resolution processes, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain incident logs.
  • Implement preventive measures to reduce recurring incidents.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach teams on Scrum principles, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP project management and incident handling.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI, SD, MM, HCM).
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI-ACP; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and SAP Solution Manager.
