Job Title: SAP Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead high-priority and strategically important projects in SAP. As a key project manager, you will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring all objectives are met within scope, time, and budget.

  • Lead large-scale and complex projects from initiation to closure.
  • Manage teams, stakeholders, resources, and risks to ensure project success.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, setting clear milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Ensure execution adheres to defined strategies, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proactively identify potential project risks and issues, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Manage change requests and project deviations with minimal disruption to the project scope, cost, or timeline.
  • Oversee resource allocation and ensure costs are controlled.
  • Forecast resource requirements and ensure proper utilization across project phases.
  • Ensure the highest quality of project deliverables by enforcing rigorous quality standards and processes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Manage external vendors, suppliers, and contractors to meet project requirements.
  • Regularly report project status, progress, risks, and issues to senior leadership, clients, and key stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8-11 years of experience in managing large, complex projects in delivery and project management roles.
  • Expertise in SAP and strong proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
  • Leadership skills, including ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including ability to work with senior-level executives and clients.
  • Experience in managing project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships.
  • Risk and issue resolution skills, including ability to identify, mitigate, and resolve risks and issues that could impact project timelines, cost, or quality.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to make decisions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar tools.
  • Client-facing experience, including ability to manage client relationships and deliver on service-level agreements (SLAs) and contractual commitments.
