Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud expert to manage and optimize our cloud-based marketing solution. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth campaign execution, data integration, automation, and user support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with client marketing managers on a daily basis to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Build and configure customer journeys to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Design and develop lead generation forms and surveys to capture relevant customer data.
  • Set up content and cloud pages/forms to streamline user experience.
  • Execute campaigns and provide constant consultations and trainings for campaign managers.
  • Maintain close contacts with CRM owners to understand customer data and create segments in Data Cloud.
  • Assist in the adoption of our platforms and ensure a smooth transition for clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as an SF Marketing Cloud Consultant.
  • SF Marketing Cloud Consultant Certified.
  • At least 2 other SF certifications.
