Job Description: We are seeking an experienced finance professional for Deputy Manager Finance role in Bengaluru location.

This is a full-time opportunity with work-from-office arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts, financial reporting, audits, and compliances.
  • Manage accounting operations including billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost accounting, Inventory accounting, and Revenue recognition as per accounting policies.
  • Present monthly financials to senior management and business heads.
  • Monitor/report monthly operating results against budget.
  • Prepare monthly MIS reports including Balance Sheet, P&L, and cash flow statements.
  • Prepare financial statements in accordance with IndAS and USGAAP.
  • Work with internal and external auditors to ensure audit completion within agreed timelines.
  • Assist in periodical physical verification of fixed assets and inventory.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • CA is a must.
  • 4+ years of experience in Finance Control, General Accounting.
