We are seeking a highly skilled Research Executive to lead our research projects.

Job Description

This role involves managing and implementing research projects, leading project teams, ensuring timely updates to senior stakeholders, acting as the primary client contact for logistics, overseeing deliverables and tasks, and driving project success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Design and conduct research activities, including designing screeners, questionnaires, and specifications
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth through strategic marketing initiatives
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork among colleagues
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any subject or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience in research or professional services organisation
  • 2 years' experience in research-based project support role
  • 1-2 years Healthcare experience is essential
  • Healthcare knowledge or experience is highly beneficial
  • Strong project management skills with ability to prioritise multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic coaching skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work collaboratively with others, and have strong communication and time management skills. They must also be able to handle stressful situations effectively and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
