Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Costing Engineer to manage and oversee all activities related to Panel Costing in the Automation sector.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Siemens products, including PLCs, Drives, AC & DC Drives, CNC systems, DCS, PCS, Electrical Panels, and Instrumentation Panels.

  • Manage all activities related to panel costing, ensuring accurate and timely final costing.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Siemens products, automation systems (PLC, Drives, CNC, DCS, PCS), electrical and instrumentation panels.
  • Take ownership of costing tasks and deliverables while leading a team of engineers.
  • Conduct technical discussions with clients, internal teams, and vendors to finalize requirements, configurations, and costs.
  • Provide regular status reports to management regarding costing, progress, and potential issues.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in automation, electrical panels, and switchgear.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with both internal teams and external customers.
  • Ensure precise and competitive all type of panel costing, in all sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all activities related to panel costing, ensuring accurate and timely final costing.

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Siemens products, automation systems (PLC, Drives, CNC, DCS, PCS), electrical and instrumentation panels.

Take ownership of costing tasks and deliverables while leading a team of engineers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Siemens automation products and systems.
  • Proficiency in panel costing and project costing.
  • Experience with PLC, Drives, DCS, PCS, and instrumentation panels.
  • Able to work independently and lead a team.
  • Excellent technical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to handle technical discussions and negotiations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Qualification: BE Electrical/ Electronics/Instrumentation

Experience: 6 to 7 years
