Automation Quality Assurance Engineer/Business Analyst Role\

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automation Quality Assurance Engineer/Business Analyst to join our organization. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for mentoring and training Quality Assurance and Business Analyst professionals.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle, experience in automation, and proficiency in SQL skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain automation frameworks using SQL to streamline processes and improve efficiency.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement changes.\
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues to ensure seamless operations.\
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and best practices to drive innovation and growth.\
  • Foster excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.\
  • Demonstrate expertise in Java, VB, and Selenium to support business objectives.\
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.\\

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Business Analyst role.\
  • Extensive knowledge of software development life cycle principles and methodologies.\
  • Proficiency in SQL and automation tools to design and implement efficient solutions.\
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.\
  • Familiarity with Java, VB, and Selenium to support business objectives.\\
