The role of Technical Project Manager is crucial in driving and optimizing our release cycles for R&D, leveraging software engineering expertise to influence product managers and engineers to meet project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with stakeholders and engineers to drive projects to completion during the release cycles.
  • Manage projects while understanding details of tasks and dependencies needed to complete the project.
  • Act as a liaison between Engineering and Customer Success.
  • Promote Agile Methodology given our release process.
  • Resolve risks and issues that arise during the release cycle.

Essential qualifications include a strong core in Project Management (certifications are a plus), a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, 5 years of experience in a similar role, and 3 years of project management experience. The ideal candidate should be eager to contribute to a growing, fast-paced team and demonstrate leadership skills to motivate teams.
