Job Title: Clinical Data Operations Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as we launch our newest office in Hyderabad, India. As a Clinical Data Operations Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the culture and building the team from the ground up. You will have a direct impact on global projects and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Responsibilities include developing and reviewing data management procedures for clinical trials, negotiating project timelines, and ensuring milestones are met. You will also coordinate data transfers with clinical database programmers, project managers, and external recipients.

\

As the primary contact for the MCL team, sponsors, and external data management groups, you will serve as the main point of contact for all data-related matters.

\

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of experience in data management, prior experience in core lab preferred. Additionally, experience in setting up and managing multiple clinical projects, computer experience with EDC databases and analysis software, and knowledge of medical terminology and clinical research methodologies are required.

\
