Job Overview

The Clinical Data Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of clinical trials, focusing on operational and data management aspects.

Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Oversee all operational deliverables within set timelines, adhering to quality and compliance standards.
  • Study Start-up: Lead the development of protocols, CRFs, and Informed Consent Forms, guaranteeing accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
  • Clinical Trial Conduct: Ensure seamless study conduct and close-out activities, including site closure, final drug accountability, and audit readiness of Trial Master File documentation.
  • Compliance and Quality: Implement standards (SOPs) and best practices for clinical operations and data review within assigned trials and programs.
  • Reporting: Report technical complaints, adverse events, and special case scenarios related to products within 24 hours.
  • Operational Planning: Develop proactive plans with effective contingency and risk mitigation strategies.
