Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products, including hydraulic brake system parts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve quality issues related to ferrous casting, stamping, and spring products
  • Review foundry and press shop processes independently
  • Adequate tool room machining exposure
  • Knowledge on ferrous casting and press shop and press tools
  • Responsible for quality and process-related topics for series-purchased parts in ferrous casting, springs, and stamping commodity
  • Knowledge on jigs and fixtures
  • Single point of contact for technical communication with suppliers
  • Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of technical issues
  • Variety of Q-tool implementations at suppliers for improvement
  • Improve and sustain QMS at suppliers
  • Closed interaction with suppliers, NPD, inward quality, and purchase buyer
  • Coordinate customer audits and Bosch audits at suppliers and closure of OPLs
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, automobile engineering, production engineering, or equivalent
  • Min 7-12 years experience in supplier quality management
  • Knowledge on ferrous casting, springs, and stamping commodity
  • Proficiency in MS-Office, data analysis, etc.
