About the Role

As Logistics Operations Leader, you will be responsible for onboarding and training partners, managing operations, and driving key operational metrics.

You will own processes allotted to you and work with stakeholders to achieve team goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Onboarding and training new partners for Middle Mile operations
  • Identifying and onboarding new partners onto the network
  • Tracking partner performance in your cluster
  • Visiting facilities to conduct audits and solve operational gaps
  • Ensuring compliance with operational processes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline
  • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce logistics, preferably in Middle Mile operations
  • Experience in partner onboarding and training in Middle Mile and sorting operations
