Salesforce is seeking a Senior QA Lead to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality test solutions for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans to ensure thorough coverage of Salesforce functionalities and configurations.
  • Leverage Agile methodologies to lead cross-functional teams in delivering test results that meet or exceed stakeholder expectations.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product owners to validate requirements and provide QA sign-off.
  • Establish and maintain quality processes, best practices, and metrics to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Expertise in Salesforce platform, including deep knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities, workflows, and data models.
  • Proven experience in test planning, test case design, and execution for Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud projects.
  • Familiarity with QA and project management tools such as JIRA, ALM, and test management tools.
  • Strong understanding of QA principles, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to present technical information clearly.
