Our ideal candidate will be responsible for the conceptualization and implementation of user-centric design strategies.

  • They will engage with stakeholders to collect requirements, analyze user needs, and develop effective UI/UX designs that meet business objectives.
  • We are looking for a talented individual who can collaborate with cross-functional teams, including scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to translate user requirements into elegant UI/UX designs.
  • The successful candidate will design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications used in laboratory, manufacturing, and enterprise environments, ensuring they are responsive, accessible, and consistent with branding guidelines.
  • Using modern front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, and Angular, they will develop visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
  • They will conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative design improvements to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and user experience.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as knowledge of web and application design principles and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in R&D.
  • Experience in web programming, JavaScript, and React/Angular is highly desired.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and experience working with cross-functional teams is essential.
