  • Mentor and guide junior engineers to enhance their skills and contribute to the growth of the team.
  • Participate in architectural discussions to shape the direction of our frontend applications.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Expertise in React, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with state management libraries, such as Redux and Context API.
  • Strong understanding of building performant, secure, and scalable frontend applications.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments.
  • A proven track record of leading teams and delivering results while being an active coder.
