Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the design, build, and configuration of applications using SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. As the primary point of contact, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee project timelines, and ensure application development aligns with business objectives.

Key responsibilities include acting as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting, leading and managing the application development team to deliver high-quality solutions, taking accountability for team decisions and project outcomes, collaborating with multiple teams and contributing to key business and technical decisions, providing solutions to complex business and technical challenges across teams, facilitating training sessions and knowledge-sharing to strengthen team capabilities, and monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing corrective measures to ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
  • Hands-on experience with integration of SAP FI with other SAP modules and third-party applications.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Familiarity with SAP reporting tools and data analysis techniques.
Benefits

This role is based in Bengaluru and requires full-time education of 15 years. The candidate must have minimum 5 years of strong experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
