Transform Business Operations

As a senior-level professional, you will lead the delivery of SAP S/4HANA initiatives, ensuring alignment with business requirements and regulatory compliance.

  • Lead and manage SAP S/4HANA projects from initiation to delivery, focusing on upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.
  • Capture stakeholder requirements and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate system testing, pre go-live readiness, cutover, and post go-live support for successful delivery with minimal disruption.
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive adoption of resolutions across business and IT teams.
  • Oversee process mapping, documentation, and compliance management according to pharmaceutical standards.
  • Support integration efforts with third-party systems and interface solutions.
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to cross-functional business and technical teams.
  • Investigate system or process issues and drive structured solutions.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the pharmaceutical sector, with strong awareness of regulated environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, with experience in commercial business flows and integration projects.
  • Familiarity with RISE with SAP migrations and upgrades.
  • Experience managing third-party integration projects and interface solutions.
  • Strong background in process mapping, documentation management, and change management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills – ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to deliver training and support knowledge adoption across business and technical teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and investigative skills, providing structured resolutions.
