The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Research Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a critical role in helping us understand our target audience, market trends, and the effectiveness of our marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Analyze data to extract actionable insights that inform our marketing strategies.
  • Identify different market segments based on demographics, psychographics, and behavioral patterns.
  • Monitor and measure the performance of our marketing campaigns across different channels.
  • Use historical data and statistical models to forecast future trends, sales projections, and consumer demand.
  • Keep track of competitors' marketing strategies, product offerings, and market positioning.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to optimize our marketing campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Design experiments to test different marketing tactics, messaging, and creative elements.
  • Mine customer feedback from various sources to understand sentiment, identify pain points, and uncover opportunities for improvement.

Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Consumer Insights / Market Research within the Utilities industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high standard of work.
  • Able to find creative solutions to problems and adapt to technological changes.
