Lead Qualification Specialist Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Qualification Specialist to engage with potential learners, assess their interest and needs, and facilitate the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with assigned leads through proactive outreach and effective communication.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their eligibility for our programs and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Build rapport and establish trust with leads through active listening and empathetic understanding of their needs.
  • Coordinate schedules and ensure seamless communication between leads and Admission Counsellors to facilitate the enrollment process.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum of 2 years of Edtech-sales experience (Study Abroad is an advantage), with at least 1 year spent in a single company.
  • Graduation is required.
  • Previous experience working a 6-day work week.
  • Currently working as an individual contributor.
  • Proven track record of meeting targets in the existing company.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with emphasis on fluency in English language.
  • Ability to listen effectively, build trust with potential learners, and approach situations with patience and empathy.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite & CRM management for administrative tasks and reporting requirements.
