Job Title: Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Collaboration: Work with designers, architects, contractors, and stakeholders. Mentor junior designers.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all design elements meet our quality standards and client expectations.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest trends in interior design, materials, and technologies.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in interior design or a related field.
  • 1-4 years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing diverse residential and/or commercial projects.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Exceptional design and spatial planning skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
