Technical Leadership Opportunity

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader responsible for designing and developing robust web applications, mentoring team members, and driving technical excellence.

You will oversee the development of both frontend and backend systems, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions. The role requires a passion for technology, mastery of modern design principles, and a willingness to leverage Generative AI to innovate and accelerate our development lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of full-stack engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code.
  • Design and architect scalable and maintainable end-to-end solutions. Champion strong software design principles (e.g., SOLID, DRY) and patterns across all projects.
  • Actively participate in the development of backend APIs using Python with frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django. Develop responsive and engaging user interfaces using React or Angular.
  • Design, implement, and optimize database schemas based on strong RDBMS concepts. Write efficient and complex SQL queries and ensure data integrity.
  • Explore and implement Generative AI tools and techniques to enhance productivity, automate tasks, and innovate product features. Guide the team on the practical application of AI in the development workflow.
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure timely project delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development, with at least 1-2 years in a lead or mentorship role.
  • Expertise in Python and proven experience building RESTful APIs using web frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
  • Strong command of modern JavaScript frameworks, specifically React or Angular, including state management libraries (e.g., Redux, NgRx) and component-based architecture.
  • Deep understanding of RDBMS concepts (e.g., normalization, indexing, transactions) and extensive experience with SQL databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
  • Version Control System knowledge should be must in Git/Gitlab/bitbucket.
  • Solid understanding of software design patterns, microservices architecture, and principles of clean, maintainable code.
  • Demonstrable knowledge or experience in applying Generative AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, large language models) to software development.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a proven ability to lead and inspire a technical team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
  • Experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of NoSQL databases.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
