Our team of Kitchen Support Specialists plays a vital role in supporting various hotel operations. They may work across departments such as kitchen, food and beverage, and employee dining room to support cleaning and basic kitchen preparation tasks. Whether preparing fresh linen and spotless diningware for guests or operating and maintaining cleaning equipment and tools, these associates do whatever it takes to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain adherence to company policies and procedures; report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications.
  • Earn and maintain a professional image; protect company assets; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Provide exceptional guest service according to company standards.
  • Communicate effectively with others using clear and professional language.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues; support team to reach common objectives.
  • Ensure quality expectations are met.
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time.
  • Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent not required.
  • Related Work Experience: No prior related work experience necessary.
  • Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
  • License or Certification: None
