Job Overview

The PPC/Growth Manager is a strategic role responsible for setting up and managing digital campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, and Instagram.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute campaign strategies to drive conversions and revenue growth.
  • Manage target keyword research, ad copy writing, and campaign optimization to improve performance.
  • Create feed files and work with merchant center to execute shopping campaigns.
  • Conduct competitor profiling and market analysis to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Provide regular status updates to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 4+ years of experience in PPC management, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Experience in programmatic media buying and e-commerce setup is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Basic Excel skills and proficiency in other Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience working with Amazon advertising is a plus.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools.
