Remote Junior NOC Engineer - A2P Messaging Role

This is a full-time remote opportunity for a Junior NOC Engineer - A2P Messaging to join our team. The role involves monitoring and maintaining network operations, managing and troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring network security, and providing technical support to clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in VOIP technologies, including familiarity with SIP and RTP protocols, as well as A2P SMS technologies, including familiarity with SMPP and TCP/IP protocols and proficiency in PCAP analysis.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain network operations
  • Manage and troubleshoot technical issues
  • E nsure network security
  • Provide technical support to clients

We are seeking a professional who is proactive, able to work flexible hours, and has excellent troubleshooting skills. The ability to work well under pressure and be a team player with strong interpersonal skills is essential.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a similar field
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in VOIP technologies, including familiarity with SIP and RTP protocols
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in A2P SMS technologies, including familiarity with SMPP and TCP/IP protocols and proficiency in PCAP analysis
  • Experience in deploying, managing, and troubleshooting network infrastructures

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience on Horizen messaging platform would be preferred but not mandatory
  • Ability to prioritize network alarms and incidents to fulfill KPI commitments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced project management skills
