Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing work directly and supporting GM business partners, ensuring flawless service delivery in a consistent and standardized manner across the teams. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage quarterly, year-end Financial Reporting
  • Understand data flow across sub-ledger processes to help provide resolution
  • Have hands-on experience on systems such as SAP, Workiva, Blackline, HFM, Financial Reporting
  • Tactical knowledge on Chart of Accounts set up & organization
  • Escalate issues to appropriate personnel to get timely resolution
  • Work in collaboration with Local Business Controller teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of financial reporting tasks
Requirements:
  • CA/CMA/CPA/Dip IFRS/ACCA degree in accounting
  • Related experience: CA (0-4 years), IFRS in Financial reporting/corporate accounting experience
  • Hands-on experience on Statutory US GAAP/local GAAP financial reporting
  • Extensive experience working in a large accounting organization
  • Extensive experience of producing Statutory Accounts and Annual Reports in international markets (e.g., US, EU, etc.)
  • Professional Certifications: CA, Dip IFRS/ACCA/CMA
  • Technically strong, with a working knowledge of US & Local GAAPs (IFRS)
  • Should have a general understanding of flow of financial transactions until close
  • Demonstrated mathematical and analytical knowledge and the ability to choose the right mathematical methods or formulas to solve a problem
  • Strong technical accounting background
  • Strong Excel and database skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills & organizational skills
  • Demonstrates a commitment to teamwork through own actions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout Company organization
