About this role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to work on challenging projects, utilizing their expertise in Agile methodologies, RESTful APIs, and software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write business requirements, user stories, use cases, functional and non-functional specifications, system diagrams, wireframes, and API documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with the development team to design technical solutions and manage project scope, requirements management, and dependencies.
  • Develop mockups, functional specifications, and technical requirements.
  • Participate in discovery phases, workshops, and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Manage project scope, requirements management, and their impact on existing requirements.
  • Create documentation (user guides, technical guides, presentations).
  • Prepare UAT scenarios, validation cases, and conduct User Acceptance Testing.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in business or system analysis.
  • Proficient in writing business requirements, user stories, use cases, functional and non-functional requirements, system diagrams, wireframes.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL.
  • Knowledge of UML, BPMN, and UX/UI practices.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle, architecture, and web-based applications.
  • English Upper-Intermediate or higher.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organization skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in enterprise software development or finance domain.
  • Experience in delivery of desktop and web-applications.
  • Experience of successful system integration and participation in discovery phases and workshops.
