Job Title: Supply Chain Procurement Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform in-depth data analysis on Component Inventory and Demand using advanced data analytics tools.
  • Automate data consolidation from Contract Manufacturers using ETL tools like Alteryx or Talend.
  • Prepare a standardized monthly cost file for finance by creating a template and automating data entry using Excel macros or Python scripts.
  • Work as a program manager to drive component qualification processes with cross-functional teams to achieve planned cost savings.
  • Finalize quarterly Costed Bill of Materials (CBOM) and Quote files from contract manufacturers by implementing a centralized database.
  • Manage Claims management processes with Contract Manufacturers and Suppliers by developing a claims validation process and effectively tracking claims.
  • Conduct market research on new procurement best practices and leverage them in the existing process.
  • Perform detailed supplier risk assessments with 3rd party vendors.
  • Compile supplier pricing trend analysis to support Commodity Managers for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Identify potential or NPI suppliers for evaluation.
  • Maintain accurate Item master pricing lists by refreshing data regularly using automated scripts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, with minimum 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Analytics.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on experience with excel-based automation using MS Power Query, Excel VBA, and Gen AI.
  • Open-minded and self-driven individual.
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong professional relationship management with internal and external interfaces.
  • Effective interpersonal skills for communication with internal customers and suppliers.
  • Ability to perform independently in a virtual environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage job responsibilities with minimal supervision.
