About our Team:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Workday Specialist. This role requires a highly skilled individual with extensive experience in integrating Workday solutions, ensuring seamless business operations.

  • Key Skills : Workday Consultant, integration, EIB, Core Connector Worker, Core Connector Benefit, Workday Studio, Navigations, Search, Security, Reports.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, including hands-on experience with Workday integration development and a deep understanding of its core concepts. They should also have excellent problem-solving abilities and be able to communicate complex technical information effectively.

Additionally, the candidate should have experience working in a multi-vendor environment and be able to adapt quickly to new technologies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.

Job Description:Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing Workday integrations to enhance business operations
  • Maintaining and upgrading existing integrations to ensure compatibility with changing business needs
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize integration projects
  • Providing technical support and guidance to stakeholders on Workday-related issues
Requirements:
  • At least 2+ years of experience in Workday integration development
  • Familiarity with Workday core concepts and security features
  • Strong understanding of business objects and relationships between PBO and RBO
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience using Workday Extend
  • Familiarity with XSLT and ISU, ISSG, Integration Scheduling, monitoring and troubleshooting
