Job Title

We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that drives engagement and conversion.

About the Role:

  • Build and lead our social media presence across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Plan and execute brand and campaign content in collaboration with our creative team.
  • Coordinate closely with design and sales teams to sync online efforts with events and brand campaigns.
  • Monitor trends, track performance, and share actionable insights to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Engage with our audience and ensure our digital presence reflects the company's values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with the company's goals.
  • Create engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Analyze and report on social media metrics to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on social media experience, preferably in a real estate or agency background.
  • A good mix of strategic thinking and creative instinct.
  • Comfortable owning the process from planning to execution.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
  • Team player with great communication skills.

Technical Skills & Tools:

  • Meta Business Suite / Facebook Ads Manager for scheduling and basic ad campaign management.
  • Google Analytics or Google ads similar for web/social traffic analysis.
  • Campaign Manager for paid content targeting and reporting.
  • Content planning tools like Notion, Trello, or similar.
  • Understanding of Instagram Reels, Stories, and content trends.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) – not mandatory but helpful.
