Job Title: Senior Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently handle assignments and manage client relationships with prior experience.
  • Understand client needs, legal intricacies, and apply a business-oriented mindset to handle assignments efficiently.
  • Lead and develop teams, focusing on time management and assignment execution.
  • Knowledge of case laws, regulatory updates, and its impact on assigned clients.
  • Excellent English command and drafting skills.
  • Develop theoretical understanding of laws and acts through research.
Required Skills Set:
  • Handle engagements related to Indirect Tax Laws, including tax restructuring, advisory, and consulting services.
  • Assignments include litigation-related services, such as opinion drafting and appeals.
Qualifications:

LLB/CA degree is required.

Experience:
  • 6-7+ years in Indirect Tax Advisory and Litigation, with extensive knowledge of GST laws.
