About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Provide counseling and therapy services for clients with various psychological concerns.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify underlying causes of client concerns.
  • Collaborate with senior professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology (MPhil/PhD/RCI preferred but not mandatory).
  • At least 3+ years of hands-on therapy experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
