We deliver specialized mental health services across sectors in India, focusing on early intervention, team-based care, and measurable clinical outcomes.

Our system of care is structured and scalable, with hospitals across major cities. We have 5 facilities in Delhi NCR, Bangalore, and Hyderabad, with plans to build 40 such facilities with 1200+ beds.

Our workplace mental health program partners with organizations to bring structured care to employees and their families—combining individual therapy, proactive detection, and system-wide insights. We have 30K employees in care and aim to scale this to 500K individuals.

We run full-stack mental health programs inside top universities—integrating education, detection, and treatment directly into the student journey. We have 15K students under our care, targeting 500K students across India by 2032.

About the role:

We seek an experienced Clinical Psychologist to provide comprehensive therapeutic services to patients struggling with mental health challenges. The ideal candidate will:

  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Assess, plan, and implement therapeutic interventions
  • Contribute directly to patient recovery and rehabilitation

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily OPD sessions
  • Engage residents through activities
  • Maintain highest standards of clinical care
  • Prioritize patient-first approach
  • Conduct psychological assessments
  • Collaborate with other departments when needed

Requirements:

  • Current and valid board certification
  • M.Phil. (Clinical Psychology) from an accredited university
  • 2+ years of work experience
  • Strong knowledge of general psychological principles and practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
